SSGMCE campus is re-modeled into smart, green and clean campus by making use of rising technologies such as IOT, robotics, cloud and automation This neat and clean, green and smart campus helps us a lot in ‘forward delivery’ by optimizing the use of, inter alia energy and water consumption in the campus etc. Aim is to construct ‘Smart Students’ – those who are ‘future-ready’ for the Smart Cities and an even Smarter India. Solar Power Plant
A grid connected roof-top solar power with a capacity of 310 kW is our major solar initiative in our campus. The plant has a tie-up with MSEDCL, Shegaon

We have rainwater harvesting technology to conserve rainwater by collecting, storing, conveying and purifying of rainwater that runs off from rooftops for later use

Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon (SSGMCE), one of the premier institutes in the field of engineering, was established in 1983 by Shri Gajanan Shikshan Sanstha, Shegaon. It is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and approved by DTE, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. SSGMCE has the recognition of being the re-accredited institute by NAAC, Bangalore and the courses are also accredited by NBA (4-5 times), AICTE, New Delhi.
