Documents to be brought:

Submit the following Original Documents along with one set photocopies with SC Stamp as per following in serial & two Photographs at the time of reporting to the institute

  • Seat Acceptance Letter (After Payment of Rs.1000/-)
  • 10th Mark sheet (Original) / 12th Mark sheet (Original) If Applicable
  • Final Semester Diploma Mark sheet (Original)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) (Original)
  • Indian Nationality Certificate (Original)
  • Domicile Certificate (Original)
  • EWS Certificate Performa-V (For EWS Students only) Original
  • For Category Students: SC/ST/OBC/NT/VJ-DT/SBC
    a. Caste Certificate (Original)
    b. Caste Validity Certificate (Original)
    c. Non Creamy Layer (Valid up to March 2024) Original
  • Photocopy of Income Certificate by Tahsildar- FY-2022-23 below Rs.8 Lakhs for following Categories:-EWS/OBC/NT/VJ-DT/SBC/OPEN (EBC) Students
  • Aadhar Card (Photocopy)

    • Two Passport Size Photographs + Signature on Overleaf

    Other Certificate if required:

    • If Father is not alive – Death Certificate (Photo Copy)
    • GAP Certificate – If anyone having GAP in any Academic Year (Affidavit)
    • Migration Certificate if Diploma is passed other than Maharashtra Board
    • Minority Certificate/Defence Certificate with Father Domicile/Physically Handicapped Certificate.

    NOTE: - Students have to submit all the photocopies with FC Stamp
