  • Process improvements through various Pokayokes & Suggestions. Received cash rewards by Bosch Ltd. for development of Pokayoke on Heidenhain Unit.
  • Developed alternate method to carry our Leak Testing of reverse sleeve yokes of Propeller Shaft assembly with the elimination of non-value added operations.
  • Designed & proto development of fully automated Boondi Ladoo Making Machine.
  • Design Team member for Design and Proto-development of E-bicycle (A Project of SGIARC-Technical Business Incubation)
  • Design & Fabrication of Computerized PLC based reverse sleeve yoke leak detection machine.
  • Received Lifetime Licensed Software of costing 95,000/- of Digiconics - Iconics Suite GWX64-RT-150 of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation through Endress Hauser Automation Instrumentation (India) Pvt. Ltd.
